BridgePoint Associates is looking for an Economic Stability Specialist to deliver comprehensive case management services for individuals overcoming domestic violence challenges. In this role, you will oversee a diverse caseload, providing essential support in areas such as employment, education, and financial literacy. Your efforts will be instrumental in connecting clients with vital resources that facilitate their journey towards rebuilding their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' requirements concerning economic stability, educational opportunities, and housing solutions
  • Develop and execute tailored service plans for each client
  • Guide clients towards both internal and external resource options
  • Assist clients with applications for housing programs
  • Enhance our network of community resources
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all client cases
  • Engage in outreach initiatives to promote our services
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in case management or social services
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related discipline
  • Strong ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Familiarity with database management systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Experience working with domestic violence survivors or similar populations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset
