We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Riverview Regional Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a Progressive Care RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient hemodynamics, vital signs, and laboratory results
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction
- Current and valid state RN license
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
