  • Perform custodial duties, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies.
  • Operate manual and power equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Identify and address any maintenance issues or hazards in the facilities.
  • Work effectively in and around the public, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in general cleaning or a related field.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, lift (up to 45 lbs.), bend, stoop, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, move desks, furniture, refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally.
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Custodial background in the hospitality industry.
