Job Overview

Mercersburg Smoke and Vape is seeking a skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vapor and smoke shop storefront/gas station. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage budgets, track sales, and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Customer Service – Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

  • Staff Supervision – Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Operational Management – Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Proven retail management experience

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
