Site Lead Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead Registered Nurse to join our team at Hill Health Ctr. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising assigned nursing personnel in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Medication Administration and Management: Ensure accurate and timely administration of medications, monitor patients' responses, and take appropriate action to address any adverse reactions.
- Staff Development and Training: Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new staff members, and provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure their success in their roles.
- Performance Management: Work closely with nursing managers to assess the performance of nursing staff, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center, with clinic experience highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent patient management skills, strong leadership qualities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and Epic medical records.
