ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging students in social-emotional learning and physical education activities
  • Certifying the mandatory instructional minutes required for the program
  • Facilitating, demonstrating, and participating in games with students
  • Supervising various activities with groups of students, including games and snack distribution
  • Creating a secure learning environment while employing effective behavior management techniques
  • Communicating effectively with guardians and all staff members
  • Basic proficiency in operating and navigating modern technology
  • Serving as a positive and inspiring role model
  • Exhibiting exceptional customer service for all students and school personnel
  • Adhering to health protocols as outlined by the educational institution

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, or child development is strongly preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Completion of mandatory training as required by the district
