Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • License: Current, valid RN license issued by the NYS Department of Education required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in home health care, with management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
Work Environment

The Clinical Manager is primarily based in an office setting, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. The working conditions are classified as light work, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
