Early Childhood Educator

At The Learning Experience #509, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the education and care of children, with a minimum of one year of professional teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field.
As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow. You will use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
