Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience #509. As a Preschool Teacher Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters a love of learning and promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children to meet their unique needs and abilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and coworkers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
