Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum and state-specific requirements to create a nurturing environment for children to grow and learn.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, fostering a collaborative approach to providing exceptional care and education for their children.
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Fluency in English to communicate with children and their parents.
