About the RoleWe seek a passionate and dedicated Human Resource/Payroll Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit candidates using various databases, job boards, and social media platforms
- Screen candidates and facilitate the interview and hiring process
- Conduct pre-employment and background screenings
- Support facility onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop strong working relationships with facility managers and provide training and coaching on employee management and development
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Process Leave of Absence requests and resolve employee complaints
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and Payroll
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
