The Senior Loan Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing current loan accounts. This position encompasses various administrative responsibilities related to existing loans, including the processing of payments, charge-offs, and payoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional and secure service to both internal and external clients, ensuring that all loan processing requests are handled accurately and in accordance with established credit guidelines and departmental protocols within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
- Prepare and track the timely release of liens and OCC documents.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of charge-offs and recoveries.
- Create necessary entries through transaction services and Oracle as required.
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and maintain adequate coverage for customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and focused on customer service.
The estimated salary range for this role is $20.00 to $27.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation.
