Proficiency in litigation management is essential, including the selection and effective use of legal counsel, along with exceptional negotiation abilities and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a passion for coverage analysis and apply your investigative skills effectively.
- Prioritize customer experience in all interactions.

- Understand the impact of your work on the overall success of the organization.
- Master the fundamentals of claims adjusting, focusing on the total cost of claims by managing expenses and executing resolution strategies, including litigation avoidance.

- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for supervisors, Home Office, SIU, client companies, and reinsurers.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling claims involving litigation.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with commercial PD/GLPD claims of mid to high value.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, coverage principles, and the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in business technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective information exchange.
- Adjuster licensing is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for mediations and trial monitoring as required.
