Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a passion for coverage analysis and apply your investigative skills effectively.
  • Prioritize customer experience in all interactions.
  • Exhibit integrity in all professional dealings, ensuring accurate reserving and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Understand the impact of your work on the overall success of the organization.
  • Master the fundamentals of claims adjusting, focusing on the total cost of claims by managing expenses and executing resolution strategies, including litigation avoidance.
  • Support colleagues through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Contribute to making AmTrust a preferred employer and talent destination.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for supervisors, Home Office, SIU, client companies, and reinsurers.


Qualifications

  • Experience in handling claims involving litigation.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with commercial PD/GLPD claims of mid to high value.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, coverage principles, and the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in business technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective information exchange.
  • Adjuster licensing is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for mediations and trial monitoring as required.
