Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Express. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Sales Floor

Ensure the sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room are clean and organized to provide a safe and inviting environment for customers.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Deliver a great customer experience by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products and services.

Process Transactions Quickly and Accurately

Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize customer wait times and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Assist with Product Launches and Visual Merchandising

Assist with product launches, visual merchandising, and other tasks as directed by management to ensure a cohesive and engaging store environment.

Meet Sales and Customer Service Goals

Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals by providing a high level of customer service and promoting our products and services effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

0-2 years of retail experience preferred, with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

Skills and Attributes

Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
