Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and evaluate contracts, including agreements with customers, vendors, and third-party service providers.

  • Interpret applicable laws, regulations, and rulings to assess their relevance to the organization’s activities.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited institution.

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for in-house counsel admission.
