Your Role
As a valued member of our meticulously selected team, your role is crucial in our daily operations. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, possess a collaborative spirit, and exhibit strong communication skills, enabling seamless teamwork and independent work.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This role involves performing entry-level tasks related to processing production orders, light assembly, fabrication, inspection, and general inventory management of Custom Solutions products, along with some light warehouse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate, print, and pick production orders for assembly
- Interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Assemble fluid components according to standard procedures
- Accurately measure dimensions
- Inspect and package finished products
- Maintain inventory levels
- Operate power tools safely
- Conduct equipment maintenance
- Keep shared workspaces clean and organized
- Enhance Custom Solutions processes and workspace efficiency

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Familiarity with Swagelok products is preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using gauges, calipers, and measuring devices
- Basic understanding of fluid systems and products
- Basic math skills
- Experience in packaging goods for shipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Trade skills in job shop or high-volume production
- Ability to interpret P&IDs
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in using measuring devices in both imperial and metric units
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience in a warehouse and shop environment with associated tools and equipment
- Physical demands include bending and reaching for inventory
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
