Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Denver, CO market.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and drive growth in the mortgage industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $80,000+ DOE, plus bonus potential. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, we offer a range of benefits to support your personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and direct the daily management of Regional Loan Officers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Denver market
  • Foster strong relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources
  • Coach team members to their fullest potential, while reinforcing accountability
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility in the marketplace
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage sales industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
