Position Overview

Job Title: Clinical Psychology Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clinical Psychology Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to implementing effective, evidence-based methodologies. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the unit manager and be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight and guidance to staff members.
  • Advising leadership on the selection and implementation of evidence-based methodologies.
  • Managing grants and contracts related to the unit's operations.
  • Assisting with appeals and developing surveys to assess program effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant division, department, and regulatory standards.
  • Driving initiatives aimed at continuous quality improvement.
  • Overseeing the collection and analysis of operational data.
  • Representing the unit in various divisional, departmental, and external committees.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Delaware Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.
  • Proven experience in staff supervision through academic training or professional experience.
  • Strong ability to plan, assign, review, and evaluate the work of team members.

Additional Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with children or adolescents is required.
