Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with the bank's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and monitor all forms of risk, including credit, operational, market, liquidity, compliance, and reputational risks.
- Ensure the bank's compliance with all applicable banking laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Establish and enforce risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team and Board of Directors on the bank's risk profile, emerging risks, and risk mitigation efforts.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in compliance, BSA, AML, and Information Security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and effectively mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
