Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at MAC Relocations. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Strategy Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership and data research analysts to establish targets and identify potential clients.
  • Relationship Building and Networking:
    • Attend industry events and conferences to establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about our services and new project updates.
  • Sales Presentations and Pitching:
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services and value-add abilities to potential clients.
    • Utilize our sales process to program, propose, negotiate, and close new business.
  • CRM and Sales Pipeline Management and Reporting:
    • Familiarity with NetSuite or a similar CRM program to track sales data, sales activities, customer follow-ups, and project notes.
    • Ability to utilize CRM insights to track leads, analyze monthly sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales or sales development with a track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to thrive in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with working in a CRM system and data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey important talking points with clients to the sales and operations teams.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
