Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at IEA Constructors LLC. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and reporting on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource loading and budgeting
- Collect and analyze schedule updates from construction management personnel and contractors
- Maintain project construction schedule baseline and updates
- Provide detailed computer-generated schedule reports, charts, and diagrams
- Analyze schedule progress and performance, identifying developing problem areas
- Maintain the master schedule logic and provide ongoing assessments of the impact of construction tasks delays, critical path, accelerations, cancellations, and additions
- Perform planning, scheduling, and reporting duties with particular construction contractors and/or areas
- Participate in the development and maintenance of periodic status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on project progress
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of related experience in planning and scheduling on engineering and/or construction projects for Project Scheduler I
- 2-4 years of related experience in planning and scheduling on engineering and/or construction projects for Project Scheduler II
- Knowledge/experience using earned value software applications and methodology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera
- Ability to work effectively and independently and follow through on assignments
