Key Responsibilities:

Management of City departments, projects, programs, or initiatives that require thorough and sensitive evaluations of municipal operations and governance.

Providing briefings to elected officials, the City Manager, Mayor/City Council, and the Executive Team on intricate municipal and community matters.

Conducting research and formulating recommendations on citywide issues, pending legislation, and other administrative concerns.

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through their leadership approach.

The compensation range for this position is competitive, with the starting salary contingent upon the applicant's qualifications. A vehicle will be provided for official duties.

Residency within the community is expected within a specified timeframe after appointment.
