Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects valued between $100K and $10 million in new construction and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial retail construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, including Procore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
