Operating Room Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in the operating room.
As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, patient flow, and quality improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in perioperative services and a proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff in the operating room
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing and patient flow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
