Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments according to established protocols and policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in respiratory care procedures and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in respiratory care.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
