Key Responsibilities

  • Assist wholesale customers with placing orders, correcting billing errors, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other clerks in the wholesale sales department to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Process customer credits accurately and efficiently.
  • Input retail prices for wholesale accounts and distribute ad plans for assigned stores and/or groups.
  • Review customer pricing, credits, and commitments for accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Support the inputting of ad pricing for wholesale customers and place commitments to buyers as requested.
  • Manage mail and general information distribution to customers.
