Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Advisor to oversee our construction sites and subcontractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring site safety practices, upholding quality assurance/control measures, and providing baseline/milestone/look-ahead schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction sites and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including baseline, milestone, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Collaborate with project directors and managers to lead all aspects of project delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to coordinate site access and security for contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
  • Technical experience and/or training in electrical, mechanical, and lighting projects.
  • Scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or comparable software.
  • Past experience working with project inspectors and field engineers.
  • Experience in construction projects, working at sites, managing subcontractors, contracts administration, and change management.
  • Experienced in preparing and executing health and safety, environmental, quality assurance, and quality control plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of project engineering for technical consult and QA/QC inspections.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $112,000 - $172,500 USD annually, plus a bonus/incentive plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance, ESPP, generous paid time off, holidays, and leave programs. We also offer a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a company match.
