Project and Procurement Officer Role

The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action is seeking a skilled Project and Procurement Officer to join our team. This role is a key member of the Project Management Office team, providing expert data analytics and procurement advice and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Manager PMO to deliver core services across all divisions within the Energy Group related to business, project and procurement activities.
  • Offer expert advice and information on procurement practices and procedures, including the application of Victorian Government Purchasing Board guidelines.
  • Work in a high-paced and exciting environment, supporting Victoria to transition to renewable energy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement practices and procedures.
  • Ability to understand and apply the Victorian Government Purchasing Board guidelines.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
