Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Wanted for Full-Time Position

Soliant is a leading provider of educational services, dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. We are currently working with a school district in Massachusetts seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to cover a leave.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students, developing individualized education plans (IEPs) to support their communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups, monitoring and documenting their progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities, ensuring a cohesive approach to supporting student development.
- Educate and support parents and guardians on strategies to promote their child's communication growth, empowering them to be active participants in the educational process.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development of comprehensive educational plans that address the diverse needs of students.
About the Role
