Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa. As a key member of our revenue and marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Revenue and the Director of Marketing in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Support: Assist in tracking daily activity, monitoring cut-off dates, and providing weekly information to the revenue and marketing team.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the Director of Marketing to promote brand awareness, assist with the execution of marketing initiatives, and coordinate the execution of email communications.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, processes, and deliverables to ensure accurate and up-to-date content is promoted via website, microsites, and on-property.
  • Client Communication: Effectively gather all necessary information from guests, clients, and confirm reservations.
  • Leisure Rate Plans: Assist with building leisure rate plans and monitor attrition collection and no-show/cancellation revenue for all groups.
  • Competitor Research: Monitor competitor websites and relay relevant updates to leadership regarding offers and upcoming events planned.
  • Media Visits: Assist with coordination of media visits, site tours, and photoshoots.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure resort marketing and brand marketing comply with company standards.
  • Intellectual Property: Maintain and update intellectual brand assets.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate files and systems.
  • Guest Services: Answer questions about property, services, and room accommodations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of hospitality experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
