About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Department Manager to lead our environmental services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the department's growth and development, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality environmental services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of environmental technicians and project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee environmental services projects, including report reviews, proposal preparation, and departmental P&L management.
  • Assist senior staff in marketing our services, maintaining and developing client interactions, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Supervise employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare reports and manage projects as needed, based on departmental requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
