Assembler Position

The Assembler position is a critical role in our Pressure department, responsible for building, mounting, calibrating, closing, and preparing parts for shipping. Key responsibilities include pre-calibration, reading special calibrating sheets, building and calibrating all units from series, reading blueprints and ISO procedures, working from a bill of material, and having knowledge of all model options and torque wrench charts.

Key Functions:
  • Pre-calibration and calibration of parts
  • Reading and following procedures to fill orders and pull parts
  • Assembly using a drill press, screwdrivers, and hammers
  • Communication with Sub-Weld, Sub-Assembly, and Quality Control
  • Maintaining a cooperative working relationship with company employees
Requirements:

  • General labor skills
