Technical Assistance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Just Write Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective technical assistance.
The salary for this position is approximately $62,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement technical solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to aid in troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field and one year of customer service experience in a computer support environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
