Addiction Therapist Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist Supervisor to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our Chemical Dependency department, you will play a crucial role in leading, directing, and mentoring Addiction Therapists to enhance professional development and clinical program improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Program & Staff Development: Conduct individual and group supervisory activities to promote clinical and program service improvement, monitor staff productivity, and ensure compliance with medical record and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Conduct performance evaluations based on quantitative and qualitative data, evaluate clinical competencies of staff, and provide supervision to improve clinical outcomes.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a client caseload and complete medical record documentation within required time frames and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health, which can include internship.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required in Counseling, Creative Arts Therapy, Education, Marriage & Family Therapy, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Advanced CASAC, Master CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 to $77,500.
