About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist Supervisor to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our Chemical Dependency department, you will play a crucial role in leading, directing, and mentoring Addiction Therapists to enhance professional development and clinical program improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group supervisory activities to promote clinical and program service improvement
  • Monitor staff productivity and compliance with medical record and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct performance evaluations based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Provide supervision to improve clinical outcomes, such as enhancing client access, engagement, and retention into treatment
Requirements
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required in Counseling, Creative Arts Therapy, Education, Marriage & Family Therapy, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Advanced CASAC, Master CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required
