Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to neonates and their families in the NICU setting
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 1 year of experience in Labor, NICU, or Postpartum
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, and basic computer usage
