The Construction Project Coordinator will manage building projects to ensure they are completed successfully while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to Project Engineering and assist in Project Management
- Develop a comprehensive schedule of values and a detailed timeline
- Negotiate bids and procurements from subcontractors
- Establish job procedures to ensure timely project completion
- Foster relationships with all stakeholders involved
- Create and implement safety plans and protocols
- Deliver precise reporting on project status
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors
- Review contracts to ensure compliance
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to the project timeline
- Mitigate conflicts and claims
- Execute project close-out procedures
- Conduct follow-ups on warranties
- Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- 5-8 years of experience in construction management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Exceptional communication and computer skills
- Experience with Procore is preferred
