The Construction Project Coordinator will manage building projects to ensure they are completed successfully while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform duties related to Project Engineering and assist in Project Management
  • Develop a comprehensive schedule of values and a detailed timeline
  • Negotiate bids and procurements from subcontractors
  • Establish job procedures to ensure timely project completion
  • Foster relationships with all stakeholders involved
  • Create and implement safety plans and protocols
  • Deliver precise reporting on project status
  • Oversee the project team and subcontractors
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to the project timeline
  • Mitigate conflicts and claims
  • Execute project close-out procedures
  • Conduct follow-ups on warranties
  • Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • 5-8 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional communication and computer skills
  • Experience with Procore is preferred
