Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a staff pharmacist up to 50% of the time, as assigned
Requirements
  • PharmD degree
  • 1 year's experience with demonstrated competency in area of specialty
  • PHARM:CA certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharm.D. degree
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency and/or fellowship
  • 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field
  • Board certification
