We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Backroom Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise
  • Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized backroom area, adhering to all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor
  • Participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs to minimize losses
  • Support and promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
