Insurance Broker Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Broker Account Executive to join our team at Jolt Loop. As an Insurance Broker Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting insurance plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients and up-sell to existing clients
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify business or individual customer requirements and recommend insurance plans accordingly
  • Utilize networking, cold calling, and other techniques to identify opportunities and build trust with potential clients
  • Coordinate services between clients, brokers, claims, loss control, and accounting teams
  • Manage bookkeeping systems, databases, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and client satisfaction
  • Monitor loss control plans and other service plans to ensure clients receive promised services and benefits
  • Present issues and opportunities that affect efficient services, profit, and growth opportunities, and promote specific insurance products
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver comprehensive plan consultations
  • Work within specific underwriting limits and authority on account assignments that require technical knowledge and additional consulting
