About the Role

Included Health is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Therapist to join our team of mental health clinicians. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual virtual therapy sessions to patients through our state-of-the-art Telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients via video-based encounters and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients, including virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy.
  • Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information, including examination results and medical history.
  • Collaborate with our clinical support team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from a accredited program.
  • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience.
  • Active and unrestricted license in the state of New York (or willingness to become licensed).
  • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
