Job Title: Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Eating Disorder Recovery Specialists. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Therapist will work closely with our team to provide individualized support and therapy to clients struggling with mental health conditions. This is a hybrid position, requiring both in-person and virtual sessions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy, recovery coaching, and other therapeutic support services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services
  • Communicate effectively with clients, care coordinators, and other recovery specialists
  • Coordinate care with additional outpatient team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Continually assess client progress and update treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a related field
  • Licensed in the state of New York
  • Experience in the treatment of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, ADHD, substance use disorders, and trauma
  • Competence in one or more of the following diagnoses/modalities: OCD, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, BPD, Family Therapy, Adolescents
