Language Development Specialist

Role Overview
This position requires a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide support to students in our network of schools. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in working with students with language and communication needs, and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their practice.
Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to identify and meet the needs of students, developing and implementing individualized plans to support language and communication development. This may involve one-on-one or group work with students, as well as consultation with colleagues and external agencies.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in speech pathology from a regionally accredited college or university, and be certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) in Louisiana. At least one year of experience in a similar role is required.
