We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to provide mechanical and maintenance support for our properties. This role involves managing electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, etc.).
- Monitor the performance of building systems to ensure everything operates efficiently and safely.
- Oversee contractor work, including landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and be available for after-hours on-call duties.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe, following safety guidelines.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and furniture assembly.
- Troubleshoot system issues and propose solutions to maintain optimal building operations.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, can work independently, and has a broad range of skills in building maintenance and repair. If you thrive on problem-solving and take pride in keeping systems running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team.
Salary Range: $60-85K/+ DOE
