We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Therapist to join our team at Christian Children's Home of Ohio. As a key member of our residential treatment program, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of our clients.

About the Opportunity
  • This position comes with a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in a relevant field and hold a valid Ohio Driver's License.
  • Prior experience working with children in a therapeutic setting is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessing client needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our services.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) modality and other evidence-based practices.
