Job Title: Behavioral Health Supervisor

Evergreen Treatment Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Behavioral Health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of Behavioral Health staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our Behavioral Health program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Behavioral Health setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Washington State Department of Health Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
