Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our Treatment Resistant Disorders Group at Avance Care. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide cutting-edge, research-based treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with treatment-resistant disorders, including those with depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, as well as provide psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in treatment-resistant disorders.
Requirements
  • Master of Science in Nursing (NP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- Board Certification.
  • Current valid state medical license.
  • DEA License.
  • Experience preferred, but early career clinicians are encouraged to apply.
