Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical respiratory unit setting, utilizing your critical thinking and clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical exams, medical histories, and laboratory results, to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans for patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri or eligible for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
