Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Speech Language Pathologist to join our compassionate and dedicated therapy team. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to provide individualized care to children with a range of developmental and neurological disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide direct therapy services to children in their homes, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Unencumbered license to practice as an SLPA in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in home-based settings
