Position Overview:
As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering Reliability and Maintainability engineering services to our Engineering, Development & Technology teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing reliability engineering analysis tools and methodologies such as reliability block diagrams (RBD), failure modes effects analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and field failure analysis to support both new vehicle designs and modifications to existing vehicles.
  • Monitoring and identifying opportunities for enhancing the quality of reliability engineering analyses.
  • Collaborating proactively with design engineers to ensure that Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) concerns are addressed during the design phase.
  • Assisting design engineering in the formulation of qualification tests.
  • Participating in special projects that require your expertise in R&M.
Qualifications Required:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • One to three years of engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with reliability analysis techniques (e.g., FMEA/FMECA, RBD, FTA, MIL-HDBK-217 Predictions).
  • Knowledge of relevant military standards and military equipment.
  • Previous military experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with reliability tools and software (e.g., SLICWave, Reliasoft Blocksim/Lambda Predict, MADe, RELEX).
  • An advanced University Degree is preferred.
